The Bang & Olufsen B2B module provides full integration for the Bang & Olufsen franchise or multi-brand dealer between Electrosoft and B&O’s global provisioning and CRM system, ROS.

Electrosoft is the ONLY application in the UK which offers full integration with the ROS. As well as the ROS integration, this module also relieves the user of administration of the B&O product file. This is all controlled by Glenfield and regular updates of the product file are provided for download when new or updated product is released by B&O.

Complete integration with the Sales and Suppliers modules of Electrosoft into the ROS allow for a variety of processing to be handled automatically. New customers added into ROS are automatically downloaded into Electrosoft, as are Sales Quotations.

Once a Sales Invoice has been prepared in Electrosoft, the guarantee registrations are automatically uploaded into the ROS system, and notification of the guarantee number is downloaded and stored against the relevant invoice.

On the Suppliers side, purchase orders generated in Electrosoft are automatically uploaded to ROS. Because Glenfield maintain the product file for you, you can be sure that all the relevant part numbers will correctly match those stored in the ROS system. Once a purchase order has been accepted, serial number information is downloaded to Electrosoft and automatically allocated against each item on the purchase order, making the booking in process much easier as the serial numbers will already be set against each relevant item when you come to book them in.
